5 bizarre sex laws from around the world

FEMINAIf you decide to get frisky with your boo while you’re travelling abroad, you should know these sex laws to avoid getting into trouble

No sex while playing chess in Estonia
It seems like too many couples were getting it on while playing chess in Tallinn, Estonia, which brought this weird law into effect. It was probably taking the fun out of the game (or out of sex) to think up a law like this in the first place.

No sex on a parked motorcycle in England
You simply cannot have sex on a parked motorcycle in London. So, whatever joyride you were planning with your girl, you must only focus on riding... the bike, that is.
FEMINA
No sex with the lights on in Hungary
Sex is allowed only with the lights off in Budapest (WHAT?!) You can’t get down and dirty with the lights on; not even at home with your spouse. Maybe they’re just trying to conserve electricity?
FEMINA
No masturbating allowed in Indonesia
If you’re caught masturbating in Indonesia, you can be arrested and jailed for 32 months. While masturbation is one of the commonest things that people across the globe do, it counts as a crime on this island nation.

No public kissing allowed for moustachioed men in US
Men with a moustache cannot kiss a woman in public in Iowa, USA. So, if you want to show your lady some sweet lovin’, you gotta shave your face first! Say what you will, we do feel bad for the fellas.

From Being Called “the World’s Ugliest Woman” to Being a Global Motivational Speaker and Author. Meet Lizzie Velasquez

Lizzie VelasquezLizzie was born with lipodystrophy, a rare syndrome that makes it impossible for her to gain weight regardless of how often she eats. It also causes early aging and has left her blind in one eye.
At 17 she found a video of herself on YouTube titled The world’s ugliest woman which caused hurt and
trauma, and triggered a long depressive episode, but things changed when she turned 21 .
She decided to look beyond depression and published an autobiography titled Lizzie Beautiful: The Lizzie Velasquez Story and at 24 she gave a TED talk called How Do You Define Yourself? The talk was about how she overcame cyber bullying and how she tackled obstacles she has faced in her life. Today the TED talk has over 9 million YouTube views.

In an interview she had with Huffington Post Lizzie recalls how she felt when she first saw the YouTube video: “Some of the comments said things like ‘just put a gun to your head and take yourself out of the world because people will go blind when they see yourself”. The terrible thing is that she actually considered it…
But Lizzy chose not to listen to those comments and lived her life to the fullest.
She then began doing research on bullying and that drove her to start an anti-bullying campaign and now at 27 Lizzie has a documentary titled “The Brave Heart”
If there’s something I learnt from Lizzie’s life story it’s that struggles are necessary, without them we don’t grow, we stay the same, but adversity does not only make us stronger, but wiser as well. So each struggle that you face has a purpose.
Lizzie’s story should be an inspiration to all of us; she is an example of how you shouldn’t care what others think of you because people will always have something to say about anything and everything.
And if you worry too much about what other people think you’ll never get where you need to be in life because you will do things to please other people.
Imagine if Lizzie had listened to all the nasty things people said about her, what are the chances that she’d be where she is in life?
So instead of allowing haters to bring you down make their hate be your stepping stones towards accomplishing greater things in life.

4 funny first-time sex fails that will make you LOL!

You’re quite sorted in life if you can face these first-time sex situations with dignity. Prepare to be horrified, embarrassed and finally just laugh it off as bad timing.
"It was my first time with my husband and we’d gotten all frisky when he decided to go down on me. He was halfway there, when I felt a sudden urge to cover myself up as it was all new to me and I started feeling awkward. I jerked my leg upwards hitting him squarely in the jaw. He bit his tongue hard and it was quite chaotic for a while. Suffice to say we didn’t go all the way that night."

"Sweating excessively can be a real pain especially when you’re super horny and you want it to happen immediately. One time my boyfriend wasn't able to pull my jeans off me because they were stuck to my legs. Ugh. When they finally did come off and we went at it, our bodies kept sticking to each other making weird sucking/farting noises every time we moved. Not the best kind of background music during sex."

"I was once dating this guy who kept grunting and panting as loud as his lungs would allow. Every time I did something that he liked, he would yell, ‘Yes, baby! Come on, coooome on!’ It freaked me out a little. It was hard to concentrate in all the commotion and I really don’t remember if I had any fun. It was my first and last time with him. Now, when I think about it, I find it funny and embarrassing at the same time."
— Tina Crasto*, 31, media professional

"When you’re having sex for the first time you want everything to be nice and romantic. My first time was super awkward and painful, and not in the way you think. We were lying parallel to the headboard, almost on the edge of the bed, and going at it hard. At one point, he put both my legs over his shoulders and continued thrusting. What happened next is a blur, but I do remember slipping off the bed and him falling on top of me. I ended up with a bump on my head that hurt for days."

Indonesian police bust online male prostitution ring

Indonesian police bust online male prostitution ring
JAKARTA — Indonesian police said on Thursday (Sept 1) that they have arrested three suspects in connection with an online prostitution ring that allegedly linked adult men to about 100 mostly teenage boys.
Officers caught the first suspect, a man in his 40s accused of pimping out boys on his Facebook page, on
Tuesday in a hotel room in Cisarua on Java island.
The man, whose identity was not disclosed, was with seven boys and an 18-year-old when he was arrested, said senior police officer Agung Setya.
Two more suspects were detained on Wednesday, one who allegedly also offered boys over social media, and another accused of using the service which involved boys between 12 and 18 years of age.
The age of consent in Indonesia is 18.
"They all know each other, they're a syndicate," said Mr Setya.
Investigators found 99 boys offered online at prices ranging from 1.2 million rupiah  to 10 million rupiah.
The police began monitoring the first suspect in August, when they came across his Facebook account during a regular online check.
He had been released from jail in March after serving a sentence for prostitution involving girls, Mr Setya added.
Mr Asrorun Niam Sholeh, head of the government-backed rights group the National Commission for Child Protection, urged the state to swiftly issue new laws to combat sexual crimes against children.
"We have to use this as momentum to really wage a war against sexual crime," he said, adding that children were being "physically and psychologically damaged".
President Joko Widodo in May introduced tough new punishments for child sex offenders, including a maximum penalty of death and chemical castration, after the brutal gang-rape and murder of a schoolgirl sparked nation-wide outrage. AFP

Pope urges Christians to save planet from "debris, desolation and filth"

Pope urges Christians to save planet from "debris, desolation and filth"
ROME - Pope Francis called on Thursday for concerted action against environmental degradation and climate change, renewing a fierce attack on consumerism and financial greed which, he said, were threatening the planet.

A year after publishing the first papal document dedicated to the environment, the pope urged Christians to make the defense of nature a core part of their faith, adding it to the seven "works of mercy" they are meant to perform.
"God gave us a bountiful garden, but we have turned it into a polluted wasteland of debris, desolation and filth," Francis said in a document released to coincide with the World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation.
Born in Argentina, Francis is the first pope from a developing nation and has placed environmental causes at the heart of his papacy, denouncing what he sees as a throwaway consumer culture and rampant, market-driven economies.
"Economics and politics, society and culture cannot be dominated by thinking only of the short term and immediate financial or electoral gains," Francis said, suggesting more ambitious action might be needed to curb climate change.
World leaders agreed in Paris last December to commit to limiting greenhouse-gas emissions in an effort to stabilize rising temperatures, while the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) said in July the earth was warming faster than expected and on track for its hottest year ever.
Francis welcomed the Paris accord, but urged voters everywhere to make sure their governments did not backtrack.
"It is up to citizens to insist that this happen, and indeed to advocate for even more ambitious goals," he said.
He asked the world's one billion Roman Catholic to embrace a green agenda, saying defense of the environment should be added to the works of mercy, which provide believers with guiding principles and duties that they are meant to follow.
These include taking care of the hungry and sick, and teaching the ignorant. Six were spelled out in the New Testament; the seventh -- burying the dead -- was added in the Middle Ages.
"May the works of mercy also include care for our common home," Francis said, adding that simple, daily gestures which broke with "the logic of violence, exploitation and selfishness" would make a difference.
Even recycling rubbish, switching off lights and using a car pool or public transport would help, he said. "We must not think that these efforts are too small to improve our world."
Bishop Brian Farrell, head of the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity, said the pope's words did not represent new Church rules, but thought his suggestions would be assimilated by congregations around the world.
"It is obviously a rare thing to add to the acts of mercy, but things change. This shows the movement of the church through time. We need new calls for responsibility," he told Reuters. REUTERS
